 What tasks await you:

• Providing the necessary attraction of new customers in the relevant segments: fixed Internet, data transmission channels, colocation - all types of technologies; telephony: IP telephony, SIP trunk, Cloud PBX >
• transit and termination of international and national traffic.
• Control and coordination of actions in the processes of consideration, approval and construction of a new network in the relevant segments according to the company's strategy and based on the agreed budget.
• Development of the base of current customers in accordance with the company's strategy and on the basis of the agreed budget.
• Ensuring the implementation of sales plans and maintaining an active customer base.
• Development of a reward system for partners/dealers, employee motivation systems, that are engaged in direct sales. 

 Necessary skills and experience:

• Higher education (information technologies, telecommunications, economics)
• Work experience in a managerial position from 3 years.
• Possession of strategic and operational management skills.
• Knowledge of sales strategy in relevant segments, forecasting and planning skills for new sales, outflow and development of existing customer base. 
• Rounderstanding the market of telecommunication services and possible sales channels.
