Yours key tasks in the position:

• organization and accounting of assets ( construction, acquisition, commissioning, modernization, repairs, other IFRS leasing, reconstruction, etc.);
• joint work in the accounting service team to ensure and improve quality processes with assets, preparation of primary documents;
• identification of possible areas of improvement and automation of asset accounting;
• consulting , interaction with employees regarding construction projects, reconstructions, repairs, commissioning of fixed assets in terms of compliance with requirements;
• accounting policy, documentation and current legislation in the field of tax and accounting;
• organization of the effective work of the department and improvement of the organization of the work of the department, development, motivation and evaluation of the work of the department.
  
  

To be successful in the position, you will need: 

• higher accounting education;
• experience as a head of asset accounting, chief accountant with with the number of employees from 1000 positions;
• knowledge of the principles and provisions of accounting and IFRS, in particular IFRS;                
• ability to analyze accounting processes Ability to quickly learn new things, work in a team and show flexibility to find ways of effective communication;
• experience with SAP as an advantage.
