Main responsibilities:
- Development, implementation and management of the overall strategy for working with data
and analytics for the company;
- Management of the development of analytics tools to monitor and improve
process efficiency;
- Collaborate with department heads and cross-functional teams to
identify key data needs and create metrics that support
business goals;
- Standardization of data analysis processes, ensuring consistency and accuracy
of reporting and analytical conclusions;
- Promoting the development of a data-based decision-making culture in the organization;
- Development of new analytical methods and tools, from the idea to implementation, with
ensuring their compliance with business priorities and the creation of additional
value; and maintaining relationships with technology and
analytics partners to support business goals;
- Overseeing the management of external suppliers of software
and analytics services.
Skills and competencies:

- Deep knowledge in the field of data analytics and business analytics, understanding of
financial indicators
- Mastery of business analysis techniques;
- Developed skills in project management and tool development;
- Development, implementation of reports and analytics;
- Competencies in financial analysis, forecasting and working with big data;
- Experience with analytical software tools and visualization
of data (Power BI, advanced user of MS Excel);
- Communication and presentation skills, ability to explain complex analytical
conclusions to non-technical participants;
- Experience in risk assessment;
- Leadership qualities in managing teams and promoting cooperation between departments.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC),
mastery of SQL, DAX; knowledge of cloud technologies - MS Azure, work experience
DWH, Databricks
Qualifications:
- Higher education in data sciences (mathematical, economic, technical, business-< br/>analytics or related specialty);
- 5 years of work experience in analytics or data field, with experience
managing analytical projects;
- Proven experience at management level, including strategic
consulting and support;
- Successful experience in developing and implementing data-driven solutions to
improve business performance;
- Ability to understand strategic issues in the "big picture" and coordinate
analytical conclusions with the goals of the organization;
- Proficiency in English at a level no lower than Intermediate.
