JSC "UNEX BANK" announces a competition for the position of Head of the Analytics and Credit Analysis Department of the Risk Department

Main tasks:

• administration of the DWH database for the Risk Department with information on the entire credit portfolio and key risk indicators;
• construction and analysis of reporting on the credit portfolio in various sections and segments, products (corporate business, leasing, retail business);
• construction and analysis of reporting separately for NPL portfolio with calculation of key indicators, preparation of information for committees on non-performing client portfolios;
• construction and analysis of reporting according to early indicators of credit risk (FPD, F2PD, etc.);
• construction of matrices of migrations, vintages and roll rates by credit portfolio;
• construction of statistical models for calculating PD, LGD indicators (corporate business, leasing, retail business) using macro factors;
• conducting credit risk stress testing;
• li>automation of Risk Department processes.

Requirements for the candidate:

• complete higher education;
• no less work experience 2 years, including at least 1 year in a relevant position;
• impeccable business reputation, absence of facts of violations of the requirements of banking legislation and/or regulatory acts of the National Bank of Ukraine while working in banking institutions;
• skills in the identification, assessment and management of risks, analysis of the activities of banking institutions, internal control, as well as skills in the implementation of administrative and management functions to organize the proper work of a subordinate personnel;
• mastery of DBMS tools (oracle, sql);
• high analytical and mathematical skills;
• efficiency, discipline, attentiveness, responsibility.
