Head of the accounting team (Team Lead)
In connection with the expansion of the business, we are looking for an experienced accountant who will not only accompany clients, but also manage a team of accountants, help them grow professionally, monitor the quality of service, implement standards and improve processes.
We have been working since 2019, we have 363 active clients, YouTube and Telegram channels with 100,000+ subscribers and an ambitious mission to become the most convenient accounting company in Ukraine for clients.

 What you get:

• Working schedule: Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 
• Salary: UAH 40,000–50,000 per month (fixed + bonuses). 
• Salary is stable twice a month. 
• Bonuses for performance, team efficiency and quality of processes.
• Vacation according to Labor Code.
• Work is completely remote. 
• All activities are conducted through CRM, processes are structured and transparent.

• Key role in the company: influencing the development of the team, structure and standards.

Responsibilities:  

• Keeping records for own customer pool (VAT/non-VAT limited liability company). 
• Coordination of work of accountants: control of deadlines, quality, support. 
• Mentoring, support for the adaptation of newcomers, team development. 
• Implementation of accounting support standards in the team. 
• Checking reports, decisions and consultations of other accountants. 
• Communication with clients in difficult or critical situations.

Requirements:

• Higher specialized education (preferably "Accounting and Audit" or "Finance"). 
• Current experience of working as an accountant of 5 years or more, necessarily with an LLC. 
• Experience in mentoring or management will be a big plus. 
• Fluency in 1C (BAS), Medoc, Word, Excel. 
• Deep understanding of VAT, payroll, personnel accounting, reporting. 
• Proactivity, responsibility, ability to lead.
