We are looking for a leader for the position Head of Talent Acquisition, who will lead, expand and develop the talent acquisition team. In this role, you will shape and implement the talent acquisition strategy, building the hiring process and standardizing key milestones.

What you will need to do:
Lead and manage a team: Lead and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team, fostering a collaborative environment and providing effective feedback. In tch implement the KPI system: evaluation of the effectiveness of the work of recruiters, based on analytical data.
Develop and implement strategic employee engagement plans in line with the company's business goals
Develop, implement and improve methods attracting the best talent
Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to identify top talent and new trends
Ensure full-cycle talent engagement: manage the process of attracting talent to critical C-level, Head and leadership positions
Automate processes and provide analytics: select better processes, add additional technologies and data analytics, ensure acceleration and adherence to best practices
Manage relationships with stakeholders (hiring managers) with ongoing quality feedback
Budget hiring costs: manage the budget and monitor its effectsin common use
Our candidate:
Experience: 3+ years in IT recruiting and managing a team of 4+ people
Has skills building a high-performance team: has the ability to develop a team and analyze its performance
A leader who inspires, motivates and creates an environment for team growth
Has a Data-driven approach: the ability to create, configure and implement metrics to evaluate hiring performance, to think strategically and predict
Prioritizes: ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively manage tasks
Able to build engagement with stakeholders: ability to identify requests, manage expectations and ensure alignment across all parties involved in the hiring process
Ability to champion ideas and propose business-oriented solutions to the C-Level
Expert in sourcing candidates: mastery of various tools, interviewing techniques and attracting rare specialists
Proactive: willingness to generate ideas and implement them
Flexible and empathetic: quickly adapts to changes and understands people's needs
