Head of support SAP in ENCORE Digital

ENCOREDigital is a Ukrainian IT company that is part of a group of companies with Ukrainian roots. We are currently looking for a SAP Support Manager.

It is important for us:

• Experience as a support manager, project manager or experience in another position, which required the construction and administration of tasks for the development and support of the SAP S4/HANA system;
• Experience in the implementation of the S4/HANA system itself and/or individual modules on a working system is desirable;
• Experience in managing support tasks integration between the S4/HANA system and external systems EDI, 3PL, BI, WMS, CRM, others;
• Understanding the architecture of S4/HANA and the functionality of the main modules FI, CO, MM, SD, PR, QM, ability assess the complexity and labor-intensiveness of process change tasks;
• Ability to analyze the customer's business requirements, propose optimal solutions, manage expectations;
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
  
  What will you do?
• Building support processes through the Service desk, formalizing and launching Change management processes of the S4/HANA system using the resources of the internal team of consultants and engaging partners;
• Assessment of support and development tasks, distribution of subtasks among the team, decision-making on engaging a contractor for individual tasks, estimation of labor costs, administration of task performance by contractors, management of work groups
• Ensuring the functioning of the system on the SAP platform RISE. SAP provides part of the basic system support functions, the manager is responsible for observing other regular system maintenance procedures (for example, SSL certificate expirations, monitoring of critical system tasks, dumps, required updates).
