In connection with the expansion , we invite the cooperation of the head of the supply department (direction of industrial outsourcing): Responsibilities: Organization of timely provision of the production process of the enterprise with industrial outsourcing services; Search for subcontractors and placing orders for the performance of production services (metalworking); orders; Forming and placing an order with the supplier, agreeing the terms of the order; Adherence and control of the work schedule by subcontractors; Formation and control of the division's budget; Control of receivables and payables with suppliers; Organization of effective interaction with other units; Preparation of intra-corporate reporting according to the direction Our expectations: Higher technical or economic education; Experience in management and procurement of industrial enterprises for more than 3 years; Experience of independent work in the purchase of an industrial group of goods; Experience in negotiations and handling complaints; Knowledge of planning principles; Confident user 1C, MS Office; Focus on the result, the ability to work under conditions of multitasking; Systematism in work.
