Head of Social Services Development in regions in ZEST Autsorsing

We are holding a competition for the position "Head of the direction of development of social services in the regions" to the team of the Coordination Center for the Development of Family Education and Child Care. 

The coordination center is a consulting body of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, whose task is to coordinate the efforts of the government, international and public organizations for the development of the child care system based on global and European practices, which will meet the urgent needs of Ukraine and the long-term goals of joining the of the European Union. • Development and implementation of a regional strategy for the reform of the system of better care for children.

• < p>Ensuring alignment of regional strategies with national policies and objectives.

• Providing leadership and guidance to regional social service teams.

• Development strong partnerships with local authorities, NGOs, community organizations and other stakeholders.

• Facilitating regular communication and coordination between stakeholders to ensure cohesive efforts to improve childcare.

• Supervise the implementation of programs and initiatives in the field of social services in the region.

• Ensuring effective satisfaction of the needs of children and their families within the programs.

• Effective management of program budgets and resources.

• Development and implementation of a monitoring and evaluation system to determine the impact of programs social services.

• Conducting regular evaluation and providing feedback for continuous improvement.

• Reporting on results and progress programs before relevant authorities and stakeholders.

Requirements for candidates:

• Education: degree master's degree in social work, public administration, child development or related fields.

• 7 years of experience in social services, child protection or related fields.

• Confirmed experience of leadership and management in a similar position.

• Experience of working with state institutions, non-governmental organizations and public organizations.

• English — Advanced level.

• Fluency in the Ukrainian language.

• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Project management and budgeting skills.

• Knowledge of child protection policies and practices.
