Reason for opening a vacancy: we strive to achieve ambitious goals related to the implementation of the long-term strategy of promoting our brands in social networks.  For this, we need a professional who, thanks to positioning and a cool communication strategy, will be able to make the audience fall in love with our cool products.

Who are we looking for: 

  • a person for whom SMM is not just a job, it is a lifestyle and a way of thinking;

  • a person with significant awareness in this field (follows trends, constantly studies, shares his experience);

  • a person who will act as a strategist, team leader and analyst to ensure the effective presence of our brands in social networks and maximize the impact on the target audience; >

  • a person with an adult position who will be ready to be responsible for the results of his work;

  • a person who freelyspeaks English:strong Intermediate or higher.

  • Key value product of the position: efficient management of everything the strategy of the presence of brands in social media, which will influence the increase of brand recognition, audience engagement, increase of customer loyalty and growth of sales.

    Basic requirements:

  • 3 years of experience as Head of SMM, SMM manager or head of the marketing department.
  •  Successful experience in developing and implementing strategies for social networks (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn etc.).
  •  Experience of working with brands in beauty, fashion or lifestyle will be an advantage.
  • Deep understanding of current trends in SMM, social media algorithms and the specifics of working with different platforms.
  •  Skills in working with analytical tools for social networks (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, Brandwatch, etc.).
  •  Knowledge of the principles of content creation: understanding how to build a visual style, write engaging texts and use visual content to increase audience engagement.
  •  Skills in working with advertising in social networks, planning advertising campaigns and analyzing their results.
  •  Experience working with influencers and thought leaders, skills in building partnerships.
  •  Ability to develop and implement innovative strategies.
  • Ability to analyze competitors and constantly improve approaches to content and communications.
  •  Experience in managing a team of SMM specialists, copywriters, designers and other creative specialists.
  • Ability to organize team work, set goals and monitor their achievement.
  •  Mentoring and motivation skills comAndes, the ability to maintain a creative and productive atmosphere.

Personal qualities :

  •  Ability to work in conditions of rapid changes and multitasking.
  • Communication and ability to interact effectively with other departments of the company (marketing, sales, PR, etc.).
  • Orientation to the result and constant striving for improvement - style: normal; text-decoration: none"> Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level and above will be an advantage.
What you will have to do:

1. Develop an SMM strategy:

  • form a road map of promotion in social networks to achieve business goals;

  • determine the main channels for brand presence, conduct regular audits and effectiveness (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.);

  • determine the target audience and adapt the content to their interests;

  • plan content (determine content types, best publication times, key messages).

2. Work with content:

  • approve the content plan, including post topics, post graphics and visuals;

  • offer visual, textual components of content and control the maintenance of a high level of quality of these components;

  • collaborate with influencers, bloggers and other partners.

3. Work with analytics and optimization:

  • regularly analyze performance indicators using various tools (reach, engagement, number of followers, conversions, etc.);

  • optimize the SMM strategy based on the received data (A/B testing, changing the content format).

4. Manage the team:

  • coordinate the work of SMM specialists, target specialist, influencer manager, copywriters, designers;

  • set tasks, monitor their implementation according to deadlines and KPI indicators;

  • maintain communication with other departments (marketing, sales) to synchronize on goals.

5. Work with advertising:

  • control paid advertising campaigns in social networks;

  • develop a budget, ensure its compliance, control expenses;

  • optimize advertising campaigns based on results and finding the most effective solutions.

6. Work with reputation:

  • regularly monitor feedback, comments and mentions of the brand in social networks;

  • propose solutions for responding to incidents and negative comments;

  • develop a plan to create a positive brand image through social networks.

7. Forensure transparency and reporting:

  • prepare regular reports on the results of work;

  • make presentations of key achievements and progress against established strategic goals.

  • constantly study new trends and opportunities in the field of social media;

  • adapt new functions or formats to improve the results of your work.
