Head of SMM in FILM.UA

FILM.UA Group is looking for an experienced SMM Manager to effectively manage a team and develop media communications strategies. This is a permanent position for an ambitious specialist with experience in leading teams in the field of SMM and a desire to work with large-scale projects of film and television production and beyond.

Main responsibilities:

• SMM team management (SMM specialist, copywriter, designer)
• Development and implementation of SMM strategy and content plan for FILM.UA Group projects
• Development and creation of creative content (texts, graphics, video)
• Task distribution, planning and execution control, reporting
• Participation in creative sessions, strategic planning
• Communication with internal and by external clients
• Tracking trends in SMM
• Budget management

Requirements:

• Experience in a managerial position in the field of SMM for at least 2 years (experience in media, film production, entertainment is an advantage)
• Deep understanding of SMM tools, knowledge of SEO
• Experience of working with platforms : Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, LinkedIn
• Ability to create a variety of content (texts, graphics, videos), experience in copywriting
• High communication skills, ability to manage creative teams
• Analytical thinking, strategic approach to building work processes
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language, English — level B1 and above
