Head of the shop in Lvivskiy oblribkombinat, PrAT

The company "Lviv regional fishery plant, PrJSC" is one of the leading producers of fish products on the Ukrainian market. In connection with the expansion of our activities, we are looking for a qualified and responsible person for the position of "Shop Head" in the city of Ivano-Frankivsk (near Lviv).

What you will do:

- Organization and control of the production process in the shops: cleaning, rolling, salting, packing and freezing.

- Planning of variable production tasks.
- Control of the use of raw materials and materials.
- Accounting in 1C: production, movement, write-off.
- Control of compliance with technological processes, sanitary standards and safety techniques.
- Management of shop personnel (distribution of work, control of discipline, training).
- Analysis of production indicators and reduction of losses.

Experience required:

- Experience in a similar position from 2 years (preferred);

- Knowledge of fish production technologies;

- Ability to manage personnel and resolve conflict situations;

- Responsibility, organization and ability to work in a team.
