Head of SES

We will solve the following problems together with you:

• Management and management of operational activities of the department;
• Development and implementation of strategies for effective implementation of solar power plant projects ;
• Coordinating the work of the department team, including engineers, installation crews, project managers and other specialists;
• Monitoring compliance with work schedules, budget and construction quality;
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, contractors and other interested parties;
• Reporting to management on the progress of projects and achievement of goals

You are our candidate if you have:

• Experience in management positions in the construction of solar power plants for at least 5 years;
• Knowledge device and principle of operation of solar power plants or energy projects;
• Experience in the organization and implementation of construction projects;
• Technical education, energy, construction;
• Team management experience, including motivation, development and evaluation of personnel;
• Knowledge of English at level B1 and above will be an advantage
