Head of Service Support Department in DTEK

LLC "Naftogazenergiya" is a service company specializing in providing services in the field of oil and natural gas production.The company is part of the DTEK Naftogaz operating holding.DTEK Naftogaz is Ukraine's largest private gas production company, engaged in the exploration and production of natural gas and gas condensate.We are looking for a Head of Service Support .Position FunctionalOrganization and control of the department's work.Formation of the enterprise's business plan in terms of works and services.Organization of work on the formation of financing schedules for a month, week, day.Carrying out constant budget control, conducting regular updates, factor analysis of deviations from the plan, and cost analysis.Formation of supporting documentation to protect the budget.Organization of work on checking and forming primary accounting documentation.Conducting negotiations with counterparties regarding the cost of work, primary documentation and payment.Formation of estimates for drilling, well workover, coiled tubing, hydraulic fracturing, and seismic work.Modeling different scenarios of the cost of performing work under conditions of uncertainty.Conducting an analysis of technical and economic indicators of work performance.Control of the balance of income and expenses of the enterprise.Working in SAP.Preparation of presentation materials for management.RequirementsCompleted higher education in oil and gas/law/economics.REQUIRED SKILLS And KNOWLEDGEGeneral understanding of the process of well drilling, coiled tubing, hydraulic fracturing, and seismic exploration;Experience in checking and compiling reports on completed work;Competent oral and written language;Developed logic;Analytical thinking and ability to systematize information;High level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word);Experience in preparing presentation materials for management;English proficiency level not lower than Pre-Intermediate;We OfferThe opportunity to gain experience working in the largest private gas production company in Ukraine;Official employment, competitive working conditions and a full social package;Coverage of business expenses related to the performance of official duties (business trips, ground transportation);Training at the DTEK Academy (online courses, classroom trainings, master classes, closed clubs, professional communities);A strong and driven team of professionals - leaders in their fieldBy submitting your resume for a vacancy, you consent to the use of your personal data by DTEK Naftogaz within the framework of the current legislation of Ukraine.
