Head of Service & Support in Tensore

Tencore is a Ukrainian company that develops and manufactures ground robotic complexes for military and security structures. Our systems operate in real combat conditions and require reliable technical support.

We are looking for a support manager who will build an effective service system for users of our robotic platforms.

Main tasks

• Build and organize the Tencore technical support service

• Implement a ticket processing system system)

R&D
a person who has

• experience in building a support desk or service organization

• experience working in hardware / robotics / telecom / drone / IT support

• understanding of helpdesk systems (e.g. Jira Service Management)

• experience in managing teams

• system thinking and strong organizational skills

Will a plus

• experience working with equipment or engineering products

• experience interacting with military or government structures

• experience building a service center or repair operations.
