We are looking for a service manager.

Your area of responsibility:

• Customer service according to company standards;
• Execution of KPI;
• Organization of the process and support of orders for installation and service services;
• Information support of customers, processing of complaints;
• Document circulation, records of completed works, accounting and analysis of internal service records;
• Preparation spare parts orders and transfer to buyers for further system repair; 
• Estimating installation materials for service and installation work;
• Interaction with managers, contractors, related departments;
• Administration of service contracts;
• Technical support on issues of industrial systems equipment operation.
