We are currently looking for a Head of Sales with experience in managing sales of complex IT solutions to large companies and corporations in Ukraine and abroad. Our ideal candidate will lead a sales team, personally build relationships with key customers, and be responsible for developing and implementing sales tactics to achieve business plans and increase market share. We, in turn, offer you a competitive compensation package, opportunities for development and flexibility in the organization of the work process.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of sales tactics with the aim of implementing business plans and increasing market share
  • Constant analysis and study of market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Team management: formation, development, training, motivation, control
  • Managing the sales process from lead generation to closing the deal
  • Searching and attracting new key clients of the Corporate and Large Enterprise segments
  • Building friendly, long-term and mutually beneficial relations with clients, control of their satisfaction and return (NPS and Churn Rate)
  • Cooperation with other departments to align sales tactics and optimize commercial activity
  • Personal leadership of the participation process in key tenders, events and thematic meetings aimed at increasing sales
  • Ensuring filling and cleanliness of data in the system
  • Controlling customer invoicing and receivables
  • Preparation of sales forecasts and reporting for stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience in IT companies and sales to Corporate and Large Enterprise clients: 7+ years
  • Experience in managing a team of active B2B sales from lead generation to closing the deal
  • Experience in managing the direct B2B sales process (

  • Proven experience in developing own client base and building long-term relationships with target persons at the level of C&O
  • Personal database of contacts of potential Corporate and Large Enterprise clients
  • Experience in establishing cooperation with donor organizations and attraction of donor funding will be an advantage
  • Understanding the trends of the IT services market
  • Skills in preparing and conducting presentations, experience in public speaking will be an advantage
  • Leadership qualities, the ability to motivate and inspire command
  • Analytical skills, the ability to work with large volumes of data and find insights in them
  • Ability to negotiate, work with objections and solve complex issues
  • Experience in concluding various types of contracts for supply or purchase of IT services, such as fixed price, T&M, hybrid, success based, etc.
  • Perfect command of Ukrainian; in English - at B2 level
