Requirements • 3+years ofsales experience, ideally inthe B2B and Software/SaaS idustry • Experience leading high-performing sales teams with aproven track record ofsuccess and attainment insales • Experience inclosing SMB and Mid-market B2B deals (discovery calls, demoing product, pipeline management, closing deals, quota attainment, sales methodologies, business development)• Strong leadership skills with the ability toinspire and motivate asales team • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability toengage and influence key stakeholders • Strategic thinker with the ability todevelop and execute effective sales strategies • Proficient inusing CRM, Sales engagement systems and other sales tools • Results-oriented, data-driven with astrong drive for exceeding targets • Ability tothrive inafast-paced, dynamic startup environment • Upper-Intermediate orFluent spoken and written English • A ‘doer’ and analytical mentality Responsibilities • Sales Leadership : Guide the sales team with clear direction and mentorship. Set achievable sales targets and make sure they’re not just met, but exceeded. Inspire the team toperform attheir best and achieve outstanding results. • Hands-on Leadership : Dive into sales strategies, customer interactions, and negotiations alongside the team. Show your expertise and guide them through every step. Lead bydoing, actively engaging inclosing crucial deals using your industry wisdom for success. • Team Management and Culture : Bring innew talent, train them well, and integrate them smoothly into the sales team. Keep the sales engine running smoothly with constant coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities. Encourage teamwork and knowledge sharing among the team members. Sales Operations : Take charge ofthe entire sales journey, from finding leads tosealing deals. Work closely with marketing and product teams tocreate effective sales materials. Use tools like Reply.io , CRMsystems, and other sales tech tomonitor activities, predict revenue, and boost performance. Ensure accurate business management for consistent success. • Sales Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with top-level executives tocraft arobust sales strategy inline with the company’s goals. Implement the plan with precision, spotting new opportunities and expanding into new markets. • Market Intelligence : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Leverage this knowledge toidentify market opportunities, refine the sales strategy, and make informed recommendations tothe executive team. Your first 3-6 months 1. Foster strong relationships within your team. 2. Build connections with the management team. 3. Establish structured sales routines and rituals (such aspipeline reviews, one-on-ones, syncs between sales and marketing teams 4. Actively participate indemos and customer meetings topositively impact sales outcomes. 5. Improve sales operations processes (leads hand-offs, SLAs, metrics, sales methodology). 6. Demonstrate asolid understanding ofsales metrics (such aspipeline coverage, quota attainment, and conversion rates across different segments). 7. Ensure the sales team and salespeople meet their targets. 8. Offer product feedback toprioritize features based oncustomer needs. 9. Have aclear grasp ofthe main competitors and their strengths and weaknesses. 10. Implement AIinto sales processes.
