In connection with the expansion, we are looking for Head of sales to our team. To manage the company's sales in all channels - e-commerce, current base of regular customers, wholesale, export, offline stores.

  • From 2 years in the position of Head of sales;

  • In the B2C and B2B segments ;

    With CPM and 1C systems;

  • With scaling and finding new sales channels;

  • Knowledge of sales theory and techniques.

It will be a plus:

  • Experience in the beauty field;

  • Experience in business process development, automation of manual processes;

  • Creating dashboards.

Awaiting results for the 1st month - detailed introduction to the company's products, analysis of the current state of the sales department, establishing communication with the team, formed a vision for the development of the sales department (15 managers);

in the 3rd month - significant growth in total sales compared to the previous quarter, increased conversion of leads to deals, increased repeat purchases and average check due to Up-sell/Cross-sell.< /p>

on the 6th monthsiat — the sales department shows stable turnover growth (+30-40% compared to the previous half-year), an automation and analytics system has been introduced that saves managers' time, new sales channels generate 15-20% of total turnover.

  • Execution and over-execution of sales plans;

  • Control of key performance indicators;

  • Scaling and finding new sales channels;

  • Development of business processes and automation of manual processes;

  • Competitor analysis and ideas for product improvement;

  • Refining scripts, offers, hypothesis testing;

  • Collection and analysis of data in CRM based on the results of the department's work;

  • Sales management, optimization, systematization and structuring of department processes;

  • Continuous training and team motivation.
