Job description
We are looking for an experienced Head of Retention to work in the sector iGaming. The main task is to develop and implement user retention strategies, as well as manage a team to ensure growth and customer activity.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of user retention strategies: Create effective strategies to increase user retention and activity.
- Create and manage bonus campaigns : Development and implementation of bonus strategies aimed at attracting and retaining players. Planning and implementation of promotions and promotional campaigns.
- Working with the visual content team: Collaboration with designers and marketers to create attractive visual materials and creative solutions for bonus campaigns.
- Analysis and reporting: Regular analysis of the effectiveness of campaigns and promotions, reporting and recommendations for improvement.
- Cross-promotions: Planning and implementation of strategies cross-promotions to increase user engagement.
- Innovative methods of growth: Applying creative and unconventional methods to increase the base of active players.
- Collaboration with others teams: Work closely with product, analytics, and user engagement teams to achieve overall LTV retention and growth goals.
Requirements:
- Experience in iGaming.
- Practical knowledge of bonus mechanics and bonus policy.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing tools.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with tracking software
projects.
