Requirements:

• 3+ years general experience in the retention direction;
• 2+ years of experience in a similar or similar managerial position;
• Experience in the IGaming industry with a Tier 1 geo;
• Experience and high level of proficiency with analytical tools, including spreadsheets, reports, presentations;
• Experience or deep understanding of Product Marketing tasks, including: launch and analytics of promo features, understanding of customer survey approaches, experience with player segmentation and analysis IGaming market;
• High level of communication and analytical skills;

• Focus on results and the ability to work in a changing environment.

Main duties:

• Formation of the unit plan and reporting;
< li>Development of employee competencies and motivation, onboarding and mentoring of new people in the team;
• Setting goals, development of roadmap retention control for the product, execution and progress evaluation;
• Conducting regular meetings (1to1 ) >Initiation of research and brainstorms, formation of conclusions and scaling of successful solutions;
• Control of retention KPI;

• Leadership of cross-functional communications.
