< strong>Requirements:

• higher technical education;
• work experience in the position of head of the R&D department of 5 years;
• experience in building and managing highly effective teams; 
• highly developed strategic thinking skills, developed communication skills;
• knowledge of the English language at the B2 level;
• expertise, creativity, ability to defend the initiative;
• li>strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach;
• clear understanding of the entire product (service) development process;
• experience and ability to manage large-scale projects.

Responsibilities:

• conducting research;
• studying and implementing innovations and modern technologies, including technologies of artificial intelligence and machine learning training;
• conducting experiments to test new ideas;
• scaling successful projects to improve financial performance.
