We are looking for a person who will:

• Plan the activities of the group, optimize its activities, including on strategic, operational and personnel issues;
• Ensure high-quality and effective project management;
• Control all source documents for projects carried out by the group (reports, commercial proposals, etc.), including their compliance with customer requirements and company standards, compliance with deadlines;
• Control the quality of internal CRM system management;
• Initiate changes in company processes and company products – be a leader of innovations in the group;
• Participate in the selection of personnel for your group.

Also:

• Manage complex projects;
• Prepare proposals for specific application/brief of the client, determine the real business task of the client, based on the study of business information about the client and negotiations with him, as well as the research tasks outlined in the brief;
• Build relationships with key regular clients, study and monitor the development of their needs, initiate new client requests;
• Conduct negotiations with Clients independently or participate in negotiations together with colleagues;
• Conduct workshops/presentations for clients, both educational and based on the results of projects; 
• Develop effective insights and recommendations for the client's business.
