Hello, I am Anastasia Svoboda, founder and head of the board Kids UA (PO "Opportunities. Motivation. Media "). My team has 9 years of experience in the field of children's informal education as part of NovaMedia School. We develop and implement projects of all-Ukrainian and international significance aimed at comprehensive development and happiness of children.

During the war, my team and I created the project " A magical call." This is aninnovative project of psychological support and development of children aged 4-9, which has no analogues in Ukraine. At this moment, thanks to international partnership, about 3,000 children have already joined the project!

In 2 years, we have scaled the team four times, received four international grants, opened an educational direction, developed the author's innovative method of psychological support through the communication of a child with an animated character of the application ... and even set a National Record of Joy of Ukraine!

Each of our projects has at least 94% confirmed positive results. We see that we bring value and benefit to children, ensuring their harmonious development during the war (30% of our members are children of fallen Heroes)

Therefore we are currently at a new stage of scaling and in search of a powerful leader.

I am looking for an experienced manager who will confidently lead the team to new achievements, enthusiastic ( and shares) the values ​​and mission of the company, is motivated to work on a valuable innovative product that is designed to help children live the challenges of war in an ecological way and in the long term will have a positive impact on the formation of a harmonious personality !

It is important for us:

  • Experience of successfully attracting grant investments and (or) fundraising
  • Successful experience as a specialist, knowledge of best practices, strong negotiation skills .
  • Strong communication skills, experience in public speaking
  • Competent Ukrainian language (both written and spoken)
  • Proven experience of successful project management in B2C projects (preferably — with children's entertainment)
  • Experience in establishing partnerships with responsible business and (or) other representatives of the non-profit sector
  • Experience in managing a multifunctional team of at least 50 people
  • Experience in business management: making decisions, building and justifying a strategy for developing, building and maintaining the effectiveness of remote team work
  • Proficiency in English at the Upper Intermediate level and above
  • Motivation to participate in socially significant projects, the desire to share (and admire) the company's values ​​and mission

Also:

  • Knowledge of financial features of non-profit organizations
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
  • High analytical skills (love of analysis, ability to quickly react to changes and do not miss opportunities)

It will be a plus:

  • Knowledge and understanding of financial models and the legal component of non-profit organizations
  • Experience in products created for children
  • Experience of B2G collaborations
  • Experience in SMM, PR and brand marketing
  • Experience in establishing and (or) accounting for international partnerships.
  • Volunteer experience and (or) experience in social entrepreneurship

    Your tasks will be divided into 5 areas:

    1. Partnerships

    • Effective management of the partnership department
    • Performance of qualitative and quantitative indicators in the field of partnerships
    • Search for new ones, accounting of existing ones and establishment of long-term mutually beneficial relations with partners from the public sector sector and responsible business

    2. Finance

    • Cost optimization, search for optimal system solutions

    3. PR

    • Finding and implementing new solutions to increase the visibility of NGO projects for users
    • Building stable relations with partner media, maintaining interest in the product in the media
    • Responsibility for the public image of the NGO, compliance with its goals and objectives of the company

    4. Processes

    • Effective management of the team of the mental direction of the NGO and fruitful cooperation with the educational direction, ensuring team stability and opportunities for growth
    • Scaling of active projects to permanent ones with a high rate of sustainability and hierarchy scale
    • Compliance of all processes of the NGO with the strategic goals and mission of the company
    • Ensuring the legal component of activity in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine

    5. Product

    • Search for new ideas or adaptation of an existing product to external challenges and needs of CA
    • Development of new methods, testing of product hypotheses to ensure high social benefit of GO products

      Global target:

      Achieving target quantitative and qualitative growth indicators of the company. Primarily due to constructionof an effective financial model, partnership relations, investment attraction and PR.

      Our cooperation will built in 2 stages:

      1. Achieving sustainability indicators of projects and the NGO team
      2. Collaboration with a foundry with the opportunity to implement own ideas and projects (including mastering the international market)
