OSCHADBANK invites to the team the Manager of projects and programs - responsible for the partnership direction of micro-small and medium-sized businesses (Regional Management)

Key tasks:

• Organizes, provides and carries out work to ensure comprehensive and high-quality customer service;
• Organizes, provides and carries out organization, coordination of work, including the interaction of branch divisions regarding comprehensive banking services for clients of micro- and small and medium-sized businesses, including within the framework of state programs. 
• Holding meetings and establishing contacts with clients to study their needs and sell them a full range of banking products;
• Work with partners;
• Preparation of credit applications, analysis of the financial status of legal entities;  
• Approval of credit projects

For this position you need:

• Full higher education
• Experience in the banking system from 1 year
