OSCHADBANK invites to the team the Head of projects and programs of the center for working with partners (Western region).

Key tasks:

• Attraction and conducting negotiations: meetings with mayors of cities, heads of regional organizations regarding the attraction of financing communities.

• Building and maintaining long-term relationships at the macro-regional level with city, village, settlement heads, heads of financial departments of communities and heads of utility companies.

• Pipeline management to achieve the implementation of plans: funnel management of sales.
  Product creation initiative: Initiation of specialized lending conditions that take into account the peculiarities of the budget process and the needs of municipalities (flexible repayment schedules, various types of collateral).

• Assessment of the creditworthiness of borrowers: Conducting an initial analysis of the financial capacity of local self-government bodies (LGUs), communal enterprises (KP, local budgets and business plans of KP.

• Portfolio monitoring and control: Constant supervision of the servicing of existing loans, work with debt at an early stage stages, ensuring the quality of the loan portfolio (preventing NPLs).

• Compliance and NBU regulations: Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements of the National Bank of Ukraine regarding credit risk assessment and formation of reserves.

• Transferring projects for consideration by the CA: collection of primary documentation and transfer to the manager of the regional office to start an application.

This position requires:

• Higher education.
• 2 years of experience working with the corporate / municipal sector.
• Experience in conducting negotiations at the level of heads of communities, financial departments, KP.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
• Knowledge of financial analysis of enterprises, ability to read financial statements.
• Fluency in the state language.
