Currently, colleagues from The Department of General Services is invited to consider the vacancy Manager of projects and programs in the field of tangible (intangible) production

Your daily tasks will be:

  • Determining the scope of the project;
  • Developing the project plan: long-term and short-term planning;
  • Organization of the project team, project start, project team management;
  • Interaction with external providers;
  • Setting tasks and setting priorities;
  • Creation of project documentation;
  • Control of deadlines in the project;
  • Quality control of services and works provided by external companies;
  • Reporting on project status management;
  • Budget planning

For successful work, we expect from you:

  • Full higher education (technical or architectural, or economics, or finance);
  • Experience in project management (project management in the field of general services will be an advantage: in real estate / asset management / mail office organization / inclusiveness / implementing solutions to ensure business continuity);
  • Management, communication and presentation skills;
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and English (both spoken and written).
