We are looking a person who will:

• process appeals from employees of Bank Branches/subdivisions, on issues related to with operational activities. Provision of methodological and practical assistance to branch employees;
• participate in prompt resolution of issues related to operations of individuals that arise among branch employees. Settlement of incidents at branches (analysis, settlement, investigation);
• participation in training employees in the process of performing tasks, holding seminars and trainings for bank employees, within the limits of their competence;
• accept participation in the control of operations of Departments, within the limits of their competence;
• consolidate and control tax withholding operations for the operations of individuals, within the framework of the Bank's current operating regulations;
• participate in the timely introduction of changes to the bank's regulations and other normative documents within the limits of its competence;
• participate in providing branch employees with regulations;
• take part in the introduction, development and support of new banking products and processes.
• take participation in the automation of Bank operations, setting up automatic controls in ABS B2;
• participate in the implementation of Bank projects.

You are suitable if you have:

• complete higher economic or financial education;
• mastery of Excel at the level of an advanced user;
• experience work in the bank from 2 years, preferably in the field of operational activity;
• knowledge of current legislation within the limits necessary for the performance of one's job duties (know and understand the basics of Ukrainian legislation, international accounting standards and regulatory documents NBU in the area of ​​operational activities, reporting, accounting of passive transactions of individuals);
• high responsibility and orientation to the result, attentiveness to details, analytical thinking.
