Purpose of the position: /strong>Management and assistance in organizing the management of Financial Directorate projects and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities:

RMO functions: < /strong> 

• Implementation and updating of project management methodology and monitoring of its compliance
• Formation and administration of the Financial Directorate's portfolio
• Formation and updating of project status reports
• Assistance to project managers in the formation of project documentation
• Control and assistance in the management of projects of the Financial Directorate, including: stages of initiation, planning, implementation and control, project budget management, determination of the scope of work and resources , formation of project documentation (Passport, Plan-schedule, Report on the status of project implementation, Minutes of meetings, Final report)

Functions of the project manager:

• Preparation of materials for project approval
• Coordination of the work of the project team, ensuring the fulfillment of the Customer's requirements and established deadlines
• Interaction with Stakeholders, holding meetings, meetings and presentations - Ensuring the quality of work and the implementation of key performance indicators of the project
• Resolving problems and difficulties that may arise during the implementation of the project
• Presentation of project results.

Features and requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in project management from 2 years

• Experience of working in a manufacturing enterprise will be an advantage

• Specialized courses in business analysis, project management;

• The presence of a PMP certificate or other project management certificates will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of 1C, Power BI, Visio, office suite

• Practical project management experience

• Deep understanding of project management processes and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, etc.

• Ability to manage teams, cross-teams 

• Experience of working with managers of other projects in the role of RMO of the project (assistance in project implementation)

• Project risk management experience

• Change implementation experience in the Company
