Functional responsibilities: Development and implementation of project management strategy and methodology, project reporting forms Verification and analysis of project reports and information Coordination and supervision of projects within the bank's portfolio Management of the project office team and providing supervision to employees Implementation of project work culture in the bank, training and coaching of employees of divisions , involved in projects led by the project office Coordination of work with stakeholders on projects within the bank's portfolio Ensuring compliance with established deadlines and quality of project implementation Resolving conflicts and risks arising during projects Preparation of reports on project progress and results for internal and external stakeholders Development and implementation of best management practices projects in the organization Regular control and communication with line project managers to assess the progress and support of their projects Coordination and participation in the implementation of projects, including construction of the necessary models, algorithms, prototypes of processes, including, but not exclusively, at the level of IT systems, planning of the composition of project teams and necessary resources, primary analysis of the P&L of the project, control of priorities and execution of plans within the framework of project support, including h., but not exclusively, control over the effective management of resources within the framework of the project; Participation and provision of recommendations within the framework of the construction of a system of methodological support, development and improvement of technical documentation for the implementation of products and processes. Requirements for candidates: Higher education, preferably "Information Technologies" / "Computer science"/ "Applied mathematics"; Experience of at least 3 years in project management (work in IT projects as a business or system analyst is an additional advantage); Experience of working with artifacts of flexible project management methodology (implementation of changes) – Scrum (including LeSS)/ DSDM; Understanding of banking processes, products and technologies. Additional competitive advantages: The presence of experience in the implementation of mobile applications, web applications and/or CRM systems is welcome; The presence of practical experience in collecting, analyzing and formalizing customer requirements or business users, as well as writing, agreeing and managing the life cycle of technical documentation; Understanding of the basic principles of building relational/non-relational databases, knowledge of SQL; Basic understanding/experience of working with web applications (REST(JSON)/ SOAP(XML)); Availability experience in release management: preparation/consolidation and installation on a test/prod environment; Competencies in functional, integration and regression testing; Skills in: Design of architectural solutions and user interfaces; development of specifications for web service interfaces and procedures for ABS SR/ B2.
