Proliska public organization is a non-commercial, non-political humanitarian organization that, since 2014, has been providing comprehensive assistance and protection to the population affected by military operations in Ukraine.
Currently, our organization works in 13 regions of Ukraine and provides: social support of the most vulnerable people who suffered as a result of military actions; provision of psychological assistance to victims; consulting on social issues; provision of humanitarian aid and materials for emergency repairs of housing damaged as a result of hostilities; providing assistance to institutions and establishments where IDPs have found refuge; assistance in the evacuation of the population from the combat zone and social transportation of residents of settlements along the combat line and in de-occupied territories where regular transport does not operate.
I. Requirements for the contestant:
- Higher education education in the field of political science, jurisprudence, social and related sciences will be an advantage;
- Experience in managing humanitarian or development programs (from 5 years).
- Excellent understanding of the humanitarian context of Ukraine, the cluster system and UNHCR approaches / OCHA.
- Experience in coordination of multi-sectoral programs (Protection, Shelter, MHPSS, etc.).
- Skills in strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation of program effectiveness (M&E).
- Competencies in financial planning, analysis and control of project budgets in close cooperation with finance units.
- Ability to work with large teams, motivate, coordinate and develop staff.
- High level of communication and presentation skills, ability to represent the organization in front of donors and partners.
- Knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than B2 (for participation in international meetings and reporting).
II. Services to be provided:
- Providing services for coordination in determining strategic goals, priorities and logical structures of Projects, conducting their substantiation and forming a theory of change.
- Providing services for developing strategies, setting goals, operational and financial planning, resource allocation, tracking progress, ensuring the quality of implementation, risk management and solving problems that arise during the implementation of Projects. Supervising planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting within the scope of Projects, ensuring compliance of activities with approved plans, budgets, donor requirements and organization policies. Evaluating the effectiveness, relevance, effectiveness, sustainability and impact of Projects, taking into account the set goals and indicators; preparation of recommendations for improving the program approach.
- Coordinating the activities of Project personnel, volunteers, contractors and service providers, ensuring effective communication between teams, divisions and partners, as well as supporting synergy between regional offices.
- Tracking the implementation of Project tasks within established deadlines, preparing regular narrative reports, ensuring the reliability of data submitted.
- Interaction and coordination with representatives of humanitarian clusters, donors, authorities and partner organizations; representing the organization at coordination meetings and working groups (Protection, CCCM, Shelter, MHPSS, etc.).
- Development and implementation of strategies for improving management processes, lessons learned and best practices, as well as ensuring the exchange of experience between project teams.
- Ensuring effective control, regulation and change management, including updating plans, budgets, risk matrix and program strategies in case of context change.
- Planning of tasks and activities in accordance with the foreseen indicators and targets, in compliance with humanitarian principles.
