Head of production of modular buildings in SLAVBUD-MODUL, TOV

We are a BlokModul company that creates modern turnkey modular buildings for life and business. Now we are actively growing, so we are looking for a strong production manager who will help systematize processes and bring them to a new level. 

 Production location: Slavutych (Chernihivskyi district)

What you will need to do:

• organization, optimization and continuous improvement of production processes
• effective management of the team in the workshop: work planning, task allocation, resolution of work issues.
• maintenance of a positive atmosphere in the team, motivation.
• recruitment and training of production personnel.
• coordination of interaction between production, engineering, warehouse, purchasing department and management
• quality control at all stages of module assembly
• control of production plans execution
• analysis of production efficiency and implementation of improvements
• control of the technical condition of equipment
• if necessary — trips to diagnose and solve technical issues in installed facilities

Our expectations from the candidate:

• 2 years of experience in a managerial position in production
• technical education (preferably in the field of construction)
• developed management skills: experience working with personnel, selection, training, motivation
• good communication and organizational skills abilities
• basic understanding of frame construction technologies
• confident PC user (MS Office, AutoCAD)
• ability to quickly make technical decisions, responsibility, stress resistance
• attention to the quality of work
• own car will be an advantage
