Quarry "Koretsk deposit" invites for the position of Head of production of a mining enterprise. We are looking for a professional who will ensure effective management of production processes.

Place of work: Rivne region, Koretsky district, village Zhadkivka, quarry "Koretsk deposit"

Main responsibilities:

• Organization, planning and control of all production processes at the quarry.
• Management of mining operations, crushing and sorting complex and repair service.
• Ensuring the implementation of production plans, quality control products.
• Observance of labor protection, industrial and environmental safety rules.
• Management of technical condition of equipment, organization of maintenance and repairs.
• Optimization of production costs and implementation of technological improvements.
• Preparation of production documentation, reports.
• Formation of an effective team, training and development of personnel.

Requirements to the candidate:

• Experience in a managerial position in the mining industry of 2 years or more.
• Higher education in the specialty: mining, mineral extraction, technical specialties.
• Knowledge of open-pit mining technology and the operation of quarry equipment.
• Developed strategic and operational skills management.
• Responsibility, discipline, organization and the ability to work with staff.
