Head of production in VERESEN-2022, TOV

The company for the production and processing of meat and meat semi-finished products invites to the team a production manager - an experienced, responsible and organized person who is able to effectively manage production processes, ensure compliance with technologies and high product quality.

We will work if you have:

• 2 years of experience in food production (preferably meat industry);
• Experience in personnel management (loaders, packers, balers, etc.);
• Knowledge of technological processes and regulatory requirements for food production;
• Desirable experience with 1C 8.3 and other accounting systems;
• Responsibility, attention to details, planning skills.

Main tasks:

• Organize and control the full cycle of the production process (from the preparation of raw materials to the release of finished products);
• Ensure the implementation of production plans, comply with product output and sanitary requirements;
• Interact with other departments of the company;
• Participate in the development and implementation of measures to optimize processes and increase production efficiency;
• Control compliance with safety and occupational health and safety rules in production;
• Prepare reports, participate in inventories.
