We are looking for a Production Manager for one of the most powerful ROSHEN production sites - Vinnytsia Confectionery Factory.

Experience in food production is a must.

Preparation of annual financial and investment plans, control of their implementation
Organization of the launch of new types of products in production
Reduction of cost and increase of productivity: optimization of consumption of materials, energy resources, raw materials
Product quality control and compliance with ISO/HACCP standards, preparation for audits and inspections
Organization and control of the launch of new equipment
Development and control of the training system for new employees
Formation and support of a culture of product quality and safety and compliance with occupational health and safety standards
Requirements for the candidate:
Higher education in the field of production, technology or engineering
Experience in a managerial position of at least 5 years in the field of food production
In-depth understanding of production processes and optimization resources
Experience in leading large teams and achieving ambitious results.
Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
