The purpose of the position:

Organization and control of the production process for the production of handmade facade tiles, ensuring stable product quality, execution of production plans and efficient use of resources.

Main duties:

• Organization and planning of production processes.
• Ensuring the performance of production tasks within the set deadlines.
• Quality control of raw materials, materials and finished products.
• Implementation and compliance with technological processes.
• Management of production personnel: distribution of tasks, performance control, training and development of employees.
• Optimization of costs and rational use of resources.
• Control in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Maintenance of production reporting.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher technical education is preferred (advantage by specialties: technology of building materials, construction and civil engineering, chemical technology, materials science, mechanical engineering or related). in specialized courses or trainings.
• Experience in production for at least 2 years (preferably in building materials, tiles, concrete products).
• Knowledge of the technology of manufacturing concrete or decorative products will be an advantage.
• Ability to organize the work of a production team.
• Experience in personnel management.
• Skills in product quality control, planning, communication.
• Responsibility, organization, result orientation.
