In connection with the expansion of the company, we are looking for: Head of production of reinforced concrete products

Requirements:

• Higher education.

• Experience in production in a managerial position (head of production / workshop foreman) - from 3 years.

• Experience in managing production personnel, planning and assigning work tasks.

• Understanding the specifics of metal production constructions and concrete products - will be an advantage.

• Confident command of a PC and office programs.

Responsibilities:

• Management of the production staff of the plant.

• Ensuring the execution of production plans within the established time limits in compliance with the assortment and volumes.

• Improving labor productivity, effective use of equipment and resources.

• Organization of production training, placement of workers.

• Control of compliance with technological processes, prompt elimination of violations.

• Formation of production teams, coordination and control of their work.

• Setting production tasks in accordance with plans and schedules.

• Analysis of the results of production activities.

• Control of primary documentation, accounting of working hours, production and wages.
