TERMS
Salary: UAH 60,000–70,000/month.
Vacation: 20 working days per calendar year.
In addition: discounts on the menu in all chain restaurants, birthday gifts, free training in the gym.

REQUIREMENTS
Valid medical record.
Experience of working as a chef or technologist in production for at least 2 years.
Ability to launch new products.
Ability to scale product production.
Experience in developing semi-finished products and introducing products into production based on technological maps.
Analyzing cost and finding ways optimization.
Analysis of recalculations and work with deviations.
Planning of production work taking into account expiration dates.

Desirable: professional education of a technologist.

DUTIES
Creating a new product range.
Creating calculation cards for meals
Making changes to calculations.
Interaction with seniors departments regarding the correctness of calculations.
Processing the percentage of waste during the primary processing of raw materials.
Conducting, entering, analyzing and analyzing recalculations.
Calculation of cost.
Organizing the work of the "kitchen" department in production.
Management of departments in the "kitchen" department in production.
