Responsibilities:

• Organization and control of the work of the metalworking workshop (turning, milling, welding and other areas).

• Ensuring the implementation of production plans according to the approved schedule.

• Optimization of production processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.

• Implementation of quality standards and control over their compliance.

• Work with technical documentation, drawings.

• Control over the technical condition of equipment, organization of repair and maintenance.

• Personnel management: adaptation, training, motivation, discipline control.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education (preferably in the direction of "Mechanical engineering", "Metalworking").

• Experience in a managerial position in production for at least 3 years.

• Deep understanding of metalworking technologies (turning, milling, welding, etc.).

• Experience in team management and the ability to solve production tasks.

• Knowledge occupational health and safety requirements.
