Head of Product (SAAS Startup for Paid Ads) in Promodo

We invite the Head of Product to become part of the G-MOS team and strong>FeedOptimizer is a SAAS startup from the digital agency Promodo.

G-MOS is a product to generate search advertising campaigns based on the client's data feed. Automatically updates campaigns based on feed changes. Most often used in Google Ads. Target niches: technology and electronics, tires, perfumes, tickets, jewelry, tourism, streaming services, work, marketplaces.

FeedOptimizer is a product for converting images in user feeds. Automatically updates the image to the desired format and adds additional information (price, discount, etc.). Most often used in Meta Ads. The target niches are similar to G-MOS.

What will you do?

• Product strategy development and implementation:creation of a product development plan in accordance with the project's business goals.
• Marketing strategy:development and implementation of marketing activities for product promotion.
• Operation management activities: prioritization of tasks in development, marketing, sales and customer service.
• Formation and development of the team: selection of qualified employees and ensuring their professional growth.
• Public presentation of the product:participation in speeches and conferences.
• Financial planning:ensuring a stable growth rate and financial stability.
li>Interaction between agency and product:establishing effective communication and cooperation.
• Analyzing the market and competitive environment:identifying new opportunities and challenges.
• Risk assessment:risk control and minimization.

It is important for us:

• Strategic thinking and vision: Ability to develop and adhere to long-term goals.
• SaaS and Martech experience: Understanding of Digital marketing and development of online products.
• System thinking:ability to organize information and analyze comprehensively.
• Analytical skills:ability to operate with data and draw conclusions.
• Leadership skills:effective team management and employee motivation.
• Communication skills:clear and effective communication with team, investors and clients.
• Assocfrom business management and growth:ability to scale business and understanding of financial management.

• Free command of the English language (level B2).

Will be a plus:

• Experience in public speaking.
• English language level C1.
