Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product platform strategy in alignment with the overarching product vision and goals. Create a product roadmap that harmonizes with business objectives and customer needs.
- Oversee the end-to-end product development process, working collaboratively with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products within established timelines and budget constraints.
- Prioritize user experience and customer satisfaction, continuously gathering feedback to enhance product usability and functionality.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to enhance product adoption and drive revenue growth. Monitor product performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve KPIs.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, analyze competitor products, and stay abreast of industry trends. Utilize insights to make informed product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Identify potential risks and challenges in product development and implementation, developing proactive risk mitigation strategies.
- Effectively communicate product updates, plans, and achievements to the executive team and other relevant stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a team of product owners fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven track record (5+ years) in product management roles within the online gaming or gambling industry.
- In-depth understanding of online gaming platforms, and relevant technologies.
- Demonstrated success in formulating and executing product strategies, driving innovation.
- Experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
