We invite Head of Product Owner, who will lead a team of Product Owners and project managers, contributing to the effective development and support of the company's products.

Your duties will include:

• Product Owner Team Management: < /b>motivation, support, development of professional skills, help in solving difficult situations.
• Development and optimization of processes to increase the department's efficiency.
• Development of the system of permanent product improvements based on customer, service and production feedback analysis. Coordinating the implementation of key projects >: monitoring the implementation of roadmaps and ensuring timely delivery of results.
• Creating a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing< /b>:Promoting effective communication and collaboration between Product Owners, encouraging sharing of experiences and best practices.
• Department budget management and rational allocation of resources.

Requirements for knowledge and skills:

• Work experience in the field of hardware product development - from 4 years, of which from 2 years in a managerial position.
Team management skills and strategic planning.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.
• Analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with the team, clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello).
• Fluency in English.

Would be preferred:

• Experience in the field of hardware and software solutions as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Experience in export markets and in the b2b segment.
