Head of Product / Operations (6037 / Genesis) in 6037 | Genesis

We are looking for a Head of Product & Operations at Skyfluence from 6037. The role is to be responsible for the influencer platform, do , so that:
 

• we select the best content creators;
• content creators easily create their own products on our platform;
• they effectively monetize yourself and stay with us!
   

About the product:

Skyfluence is an education platform with courses from local influencers from around the world. In fact, it is a two-sided marketplace, where on the one hand there are influencers who create content and seek to monetize it, and on the other - people who trust these influencers and want to consume this content in the most convenient format for them.
 

We understand that the key to success in this business is a cool product for influencers, which will allow them to cover their need to monetize their own knowledge and audience as simply and effectively as possible.
 

Your future challenges:

• Inbound and outbound influencer sourcing system.
• Creator selection and onboarding process.
• Scaling and development model platform products.

• Experience in project management and coordinating the work of teams of 5+ people.
