Head of the product line in SkillsFactory

The company, which is a leading Ukrainian manufacturer of transformer substations, switchgear, and specializes in providing a full cycle of services - from the project to installation, invites cooperation from the Product line manager "Low-voltage switchgear up to 6300 mA"

Key tasks:

• Constant monitoring and analysis of the market, competitors and competing products. Availability of up-to-date information on the market, competitors and products;
• Formation and analysis of information to understand market trends and customer needs;
• Commercial development of the product line, including pricing, promotion, sales support and prospecting new market opportunities;
• Technical development of the product line, including engineering, modernization of current and development of new equipment;
• Development of a proposal for warranty and service for the products of the line;
• Development of after-sales business related to products (together with service specialists);
• Building relationships with customers, partners and suppliers;
• Conducting presentations for customers;
• li>Sales and Marketing support in the promotion of line products - preparation of materials;
• Duties also include interviewing, organization of employee training. 

Requirements:

• Successful work experience of 3 years or more;
• Higher engineering education; li>
• In-depth understanding of the product line, including application technology, specifications, cost of ownership, other key indicators, manufacturing process, etc.;
• Analytical ability to find and analyze market trends and competitors;
• Presentation skills;
• High level of communication skills;
• Experience in managerial work;
• Experience in strategy development and business development;
• li>Experience in sales.
