Head of Product in JatApp

JatApp is a product IT company that creates massive, useful and high-tech products that are used every day by millions of users around the world.< /p>

We are looking for a Head of Product for our product in the Books niche. It is a marketplace of contemporary romance novels that connects talented writers from around the world with true book lovers. Our goal is to make this product one of the leaders in the market.

Key tasks:

• Take responsibility for the overall strategy and business - product success
• Work with the main business metrics of the product, search for growth points
• Be responsible for business planning, budgeting, P&L management
• Manage cross- functional team, work on its development, training and motivation
• Work closely with the marketing department
• Research the market and competitors
• Make decisions about product development based on data- driven approach
• Able to generate and confirm hypotheses using A/B testing
• Improve team work processes

Necessary skills and experience:

• 4+ years of experience in the positions of Product Lead/Product Manager
• Management experience, team management of 2 years or more
< li>Experience with mobile B2C products (subscriptions or transaction fees monetization models)
• Experience with product analytics (Amplitude, Tableau, Google Analytics)
• Intermediate English (B1) or higher
• Experience interacting with a marketing team
• High level of communication skills
• Excellent strategic thinking, risk management skills and initiative
• High level adaptability, the ability to work independently and make decisions
