- have experience in printing production for at least 2 years
- understand printing methods and their features
- confident user of Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
- well oriented in the advertising market -souvenir products, familiar with suppliers of consumables materials, etc.
- have personnel management skills
- can independently assess the problem and propose solutions
- do not have bad habits
