Position: Head of PR (Global Department)Employment Type:Full-timeFlexible scheduleResults-orientedRemoteKey Responsibilities:Strategy and Management:Develop and oversee PR and communication strategies tailored to clients' markets.Ensure adherence to strategies and achievement of KPIs.Client Interaction:Attend meetings with new clients alongside the CEO to gather key information. Organize onboarding sessions for new clients. Manage documentation in Notion, ClickUp, and communication platforms like Telegram/WhatsApp.Operational Activities:Ensure checklists are updated and relevant.Monitor and maintain high standards of quality across all client deliverables.Collect and analyze NPS and retention metrics.Prepare weekly reports for the CEO.Team Development and Training:Train Project Managers on agency communication standards. Organize educational sessions and workshops for the team. Monitor progress and motivate employees. Recruitment and Onboarding: Recruit Project Managers, contractors, writers, and other specialists. Conduct interviews and evaluate test assignments.Organize onboarding processes for new hires.Meetings and Reporting:Host weekly meetings with Project Managers (prepare agendas and follow-ups).Conduct one-on-one meetings to review tasks, set priorities, and discuss improvements.Weekly reporting to the CEO on team performance and project updates. Candidate Requirements: Hard Skills: 3+ years of experience in international PR. Content writing skills (or ability to provide feedback and ensure high-quality content). Strong project management skills. Experience managing teams of at least three people. Background in PR or marketing (in-house or agency). Soft Skills: Stress resistance and emotional flexibility. Client-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities. Structured , systematic, and detail-oriented approach to work. Positive attitude, charisma, and proactive energy.
