We are the Ukrainian product IT company Galaktica, which has been successfully creating and promoting its online projects on the global market for over 4 years. During this time, we have released more than 20 different products with millions of users.

Our goal is to create an IT holding, the core of which will be a studio of IT startups in synergy with a strong marketing unit that will create world-class products.

Currently, we are actively investing in scaling our own full-cycle marketing agency and in connection with this we are looking for < strong>top head of the PPC department, who will grow and scale together with us.

As part of working on projects, your goals will be:

- Build an effective department work system;

- Ensure a high level of LTV of clients in the department; 

- To ensure the high-quality formation of KP for our clients for the services of the department; 

- Participate in the development and implementation of our agency's promotion strategy;  Develop a promotion and media planning strategy in coordination with the client;

- Create a high-quality training and onboarding system for the department's specialists; 

- Provide a good atmosphere and motivation in the department

- Lead several own projects and monitor the quality work of specialists on department projects.

What criteria do you fit for us:

- You have 3 years of work experience in PPC Google Ads as a specialist in Digital-Marketing;

- Worked with e-commerce and have many of your own cases;

- You know how to analyze UTP and various business models;

- You deeply understand the principles of Digital Marketing;< /p>

- You know how to configure Google services: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Centre, Google Tag Manager;

- You know how to form digital marketing strategies, decompose tasks and implement sales funnels;

- You can monitor the results of advertising campaigns and make timely adjustments;

- You can communicate effectively with the team and the client.

Plus, if you:

- You have experience as a PPC department head;

- You speak English at the B2+ level;

- You have work experience in digital marketing agencies;
