In connection with , that we want to develop the RRS direction and pay more attention to it, we are looking for aHead of this direction span>, who has a background as an expert in PPC tools and an entrepreneurial streak

What to do:

• development and implementation of PRS strategies;
• management of a team of PPC specialists and the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, cost optimization and analysis of advertising effectiveness (up to 5 people);
• constant monitoring of market trends, analysis of competitors and adaptation of strategies to increase competitiveness in the market;
• hiring new specialists in the department;
• KPI development for client projects and department;
• research of new ideas/hypotheses, their testing and scaling;
• studying the technical component of new advertising services;
• training and team development;
• participation in meetings with clients in the direction of RRS, to be responsible for the quality of the services provided together with a specialist in the direction;
• auditing current customers and preparing proposals for our PRS services together with the Sales Team;< /li>
• responsible for the development of the RRS direction and its effectiveness.

It is important for us:

• deep knowledge of tools and platforms for PPC advertising (Google Ads, social media, etc.);
• knowledge or learning in a short period of time new advertising tools and platforms (GMP, Bing, Linkedin, etc.);
• knowledge or study in a short time of the structure of agency Business Managers of advertising tools and platforms, their implementation for customers;
• experience in managing a monthly budget of $50k or more;
• strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a team and independently;
• high level of responsibility;
• 2+ years of RPC team management experience (preferred);
• ability to work with various analytics systems;
• understanding of the main metrics: conversions, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, LTV and others;
• understanding A/B testing;
• experience in developing strategies and media plans; 
• effective planning, basics of project management;
• Ukrainian - fluent, English (preferred);
• work experience of 2 years or more in a similar position (in digital agencies, web studios, internet marketing agencies);
• negotiation and objection skills;
• customer orientation;
• analytic mindset;
• ability to find an approach to the client.
