We expect you to have the following skills and experience: 5+ years of experience in the field of Performance/Digital/Product Marketing and E-Commerce 1+ years of experience in a managerial position Experience of managing a team of 6+ people English language level not lower than B2 Comprehensive in-depth knowledge of all performance/digital tools /product marketing and E-Commerce Practical experience with Performance Media: Paid Search, PPC, Social Media, Programmatic, Shopping, Price Aggregators, CPA, ASA, LinkedIn, TikTok Deep knowledge and practical experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Deep knowledge and practical experience in product analytics (Web, App) Experience with various tools: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, SimilarWeb, Serpstat, Looker Studio, Google Sheets/Excel It will also be cool if you have: Experience with large projects/budgets or experience working on the side experience in public speaking, writing and publishing thematic articlesPractical experience using AI on projectsPractical experience with Google BigQuery, Power BI, Tableau, ApsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, Ahrefs, Semrush, Hotjar, Clarity, Google OptimizeTechnical skillset and experience writing scripts for automation, integration and growth hacks Availability of Google, Facebook, and/or courses in performance/digital/product marketing and E-Commerce Understanding the specifics of SEO work Knowledge of marketing in general Experience working with Agile (Kanban/Scrum) Strong leadership qualities What you will do in this position: Hiring and team development: training, certification, attestation, implementation of processes. Launch of new teams, reformatting of existing ones, control and management of team workload Creation of Performance Media strategies, presentation to clients and responsibility for implementation Implementation of new services, tools, new solutions for clients Implementation, correction, automation of processes and rules of the department. Management of the economy by projects and the entire department. Update, adaptation of SLA (Service Level Agreement) by types of tasks.
